How to Calculate UI Aggregate Score
The formula to calculate the University of Ibadan (UI) Post UTME aggregate score for admission is to divide your JAMB score by eight (8) and your Post UTME score by two (2).
For example, Adedamola is applying to study Linguistics and African Studies at UI with a JAMB score of 268 and a Post UTME score of 62.
Her aggregate score would be thus;
- JAMB: 268/8 = 33.5
- Post UTME: = 31
- UI Aggregate: 31 + 33.5 = 64.5
Now, that’s how to calculate your UI aggregate score for admission.
A high aggregate score above the departmental cut-off mark is the way to get admission to the course you want to study at UI.
The University of Ibadan (UI) does not use O’level results (WAEC or NECO) for admission.
Applicants must only possess a minimum of credit passes in their five (5) relevant subject combinations.
UI accepts NECO and WAEC O’level results.
