The Voice Nigeria Host and Coaches [Judges]

To make the program exciting and transparent, the organizers will engage a host and panel of judges.

Season 4 of The Voice Nigeria will be hosted by Kate Henshaw and Zainab Balogun and features Waje, Niyola, Naeto C and Praiz as coaches (judges).

Stages of The Voice Nigeria

The four (4) stages of The Voice Nigeria Season 4 include:

1. Blinds

This is where coaches form their team of 12 artists whom they would mentor throughout the season.

As the name implies, at this stage, the coaches’ chairs are turned towards the audience while the artists perform; any of the coaches interested in the artist will press the red button while their chair turns to face the artist.

If there is over one interested coach, the artist will have to select whose team that would want to belong.

2. Battles

Each coach pairs two of their team members to perform against each other.

One of them will be picked to move on to the next stage of the competition.

Coaches can steal one eliminated artist from another coach.

3. Knockouts

Successful artists from the Battles that are on the same team are put against each other.

This time, they get to pick their own songs to be performed individually.

Like the battles, one of them proceeds to the next stage while the other is eliminated.

The strongest artists on each coach’s team proceed to the Live Shows.

4. Live Shows

Top artists from each team compete against each other during a live broadcast.

The home audience votes to save one contestant on each team and the coach decides on who to save and who is eliminated until there is one artist left on each team to compete in the finals.

During the finals, the last-talent-standing performs their original songs, one of which will be named The Voice.
