The dress code for Law students is white on black.

Female students wear a black skirt on a white top.

Male students wear black trousers on white long sleeves.

1.If you ask some people what are you studying they’ll tell you I’m studying civiI and criminal law,some will tell you they study Sharia law please I wish to know if there’s any department in law like that because I can’t find them written among the departments mentioned above.
2.If one study one of those law departments is he/she permitted to handle any type of case or you’ll be restricted.

1. The Law faculty comprises different departments depending on the university.

After you gain admission, you will decide the type of Law programme you want to study.

You cannot make this choice while applying for JAMB but after being a Law student.

2. Concerning the area of specialization, it depends on where you get employment.

But if you want to build a solid career in legal practice, you have to stick to one area of specialization, for example, criminal law.
