The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) invites all eligible candidates for a Computer-Based Pre-Admission Screening Exercise scheduled to hold from Tuesday, 15th to Thursday, 17th November 2022, at the university campus.

Eligibility
Candidates who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) their Institution of choice and scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), which was conducted by the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Direct Entry candidates are also eligible and required to sit for the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise.
Method of Application
Candidates must check the University website (www.futa.edu.ng) for the mode of payment for application; download, complete, and submit the University Post-UTME Application Form online and print out a copy.
Requirement for Screening
All candidates are to come along with the items listed below to the screening venue:
- JAMB UTME Notification of Results
- Registration Slips for Direct Entry candidates.
- A printed copy of the completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form.
- Evidence of payment via REMITA.
Application Duration
The Application/Registration Form will be available online between Friday, 21st October 2022, and Friday, 11th November 2022.

NOTE: Any UTME/Direct Entry Candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Computer-Based Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission by the University.

I changed my institution to futa two weeks ago and it has reflected on jamb portal but i still couldn’t register for the screening. The message “invalid reg. Number” kept popping up. Please what should i do Sir

It is because FUTA is yet to update their system.

Is it true that FUTA is merging 2021/22 and 2022/23 candidates together?
Please, I can’t find futa 2022/2023 post utme on futa.edu.ng,I can only see the one for 2021/2022,please help me out so that I can register for it on time before the closing date.
But it is on the internet that the form for 2022/2023 has been released on 20th of October 2022 and the registration will end by 11th of November 2022.
