The time for the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare Post UTME screening exam is 8 am daily from 31st October to 3rd November 2022.
Notice
All affected candidates should ensure to do the following tasks unfailingly before the exercise;
- Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS; otherwise, their admission will not e processed.
- Bring evidence of Change of the Course/Institution to FUHSA as their first choice.
- Bring originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise.
- Bring one (1) passport photograph.
- Bring writing materials for the test.
- Bring scratch cards for the O’level examination they are submitting.
Post UTME Application Fee
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, wishes to inform all 2022 Candidates for the Post UTME Test and Screening exercise to kindly make a payment of ₦2,000 (Two thousand naira only to our Remita profile as follows:
- Log into www.remita.net
- Search for Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare
- Find Name of Service “Examination Fees”
- Fill in the details to include the candidate’s name, phone number, and email as registered for the 2022 UTME.
- Use any random number for the GIFMIS code.
- Make payment and print the RRR receipt or Generate an invoice and pay at any bank.

And for the exams it is objectives or theory and then is it the both day we are writing or just one and you also talked about interview what type of interview is it?

It’s a WAEC scratch card and not an exam card. The questions can be theories or objectives. Prepare for both. The interview is to determine if you will be able to study the course.
It can be a written interview asking why you want to study the course you are applying for.

It depends on how well you do in the POST UTME. You are qualified for the POST UTME but your admission is dependent on how well you do.

There’s no online application. You just have to make FUHSA your first choice and take evidence of it along with other documents required to the venue on the day of the POST UTME exercise.

The change of institution can take as long as 2 weeks to reflect. This was why people were advised to do it on time. Hopefully, yours will still reflect. If it does not, I recommend you go to the JAMB office.

You do not need to get the message. As long as you applied and chose FUHSA as your first choice, you can go for the screening.
