The UNN shopping supplementary form is an application for admission to a department with a shortfall.
A shortfall in UNN means the admission slots available for a course. Application for these admission slots is by buying the shopping form.
The price for the UNN shopping form is ten thousand naira (₦10,000).
Purchasing the UNN shopping form does not guarantee that you will get admission to the department. You must apply for a course your aggregate score is higher than the cut off mark.
Buying the shopping form does not reduce your chances of admission to the original course you want to study. This process will only increase your chances of admission.

UNN Shopping Form
Here is the procedure on how to purchase the UNN shopping supplementary form;
- Visit the UNN student portal on your phone browser
- Click on the drop down menu
- Select Prospective
- Click on All Application Forms
- Select Admission Applications
- Click here to apply for Admission Shopping/Advert Form
- Enter your JAMB registration number
- Generate your UNN shopping form RRR number
- Make payment using your ATM card or at any commercial Bank
- Go back to the UNN admission shopping application page
- Enter your JAMB registration number
- Select the course that you want to shop
- Print your UNN shopping application form

Hello sir, please I generated remita for my sister’s shopping form and I was paying for the form. Network was disturbing and the page reloaded and another rrr was generated but I already completed the payment with the first rrr.
I went back to the portal and input her REG number, but it was showing I have not made payment with the new rrr.

Send an email to support@remita.net to initiate a refund.
You should also contact your bank to facilitate the process for the refund.
In a nutshell, you will have to make the payment again.
I recommend you do it on a computer system.

You can process the shopping form yourself. But ensure you do not make any mistakes.
From the three departments, you stand a higher chance with Med Rehab and Med Lab.
The other admission lists will be out soon.
