Determining this peak fertile window enhances your odds of seeing a BFP – Big Fat Positive when testing for pregnancy.

The BFP Ovulation Test works by detecting the telltale rise in Luteinizing Hormone (LH) that occurs just before you ovulate – with greater than 99% accuracy. This pronounced spike in LH typically occurs 24-48 hours before you ovulate, providing you with a clear signal that your fertile window is open and that intercourse over the next two days will maximize your odds of achieving pregnancy.

Usage of BFP Ovulation Midstream Test

1. First-morning urine should NOT be used with this test. For best results, you should test around the same time each
day. You should reduce your liquid intake approximately 2 hours prior to testing.
2. Remove the test from the pouch just before testing. Remove the cap.
3. Hold the test pointing downward directly into your urine stream and urinate onto the absorbent tip for at least 5 seconds.
Do not urinate on the test control window. If you prefer, you can urinate into a clean dry container, and dip only the
absorbent tip of the test into the urine for at least 5 seconds.
4. Replace the cap and place the test on a flat surface. Read results between 5-10 minutes. A positive result indicates you’re at peak fertility.

Results

• A positive result (meaning that the LH surge has been detected and ovulation is likely to occur within 24-48 hours) is one in which the intensity of the “test” line is equal to or greater than the intensity of the “control” line.
• A negative result (meaning that the LH surge has not been detected and you are not likely to ovulate within the next 48 hours) is one in which there is no “test” line visible, or the intensity of the test line is lighter than that of the “control” line.
