Solution for possible problems
1. Machine doesn’t operate
Disconnect cord and date line, reconnect to computer, finally ,open upper and connect again.
2. Laser focusing
Rotate laser head focusing cao, so the spot will gather to make a small focusing point on the object surface,
3. No print on the object surface
Make sure the carved objects are incombustible metal or ceramics, them make sure if laser is correctly
focused or if the time of burning is set appropriate.
4. Offline carving
If needs offline carving, please re-sart it after completing installation. Function button is available
under offline status, online status needs to be controlled by upper .
