Admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare shall be open to candidates with the requisite qualifications and subject to written and/or oral examination, as the University may determine.
Admission into the University shall be open to all irrespective of religion, ethnic group, gender, creed and disability.
All applicants for admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, shall have attained 16 years of age.

JAMB Admission Requirements
The admission requirements into the undergraduate programmes of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, shall be as follows:
- All admissions into the University shall be through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB);
- For admission to 100 Level (via UTME), candidates must: obtain five (5) credits at SSCE (or equivalent) in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings, including credit passes in English Language and Mathematics; and attain acceptable points in UTME in relevant subjects;
- Those who meet the requirements for admission shall be subjected to a screening interview to be conducted by the University; and 19
- The University shall not accept transfer students until at least the first two years of its existence. In addition to meeting the general admission requirements, prospective students must also satisfy the faculty and departmental requirements.
Direct Entry Admission
For admission by direct entry (200 Level);
- Candidates shall, in addition to having five (5) SSCE credits, obtain at least two (2) A’ level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, possess ND with credit passes, or possess a good first degree in another field as the case may be;
- Those who meet the requirements for admission shall be subjected to a screening interview to be conducted by the University; and 19

It is true. Follow the steps below
· Upload your O’level on JAMB CAPS or your admission will not be processed.
· Bring two thousand naira (N2,000.00) screening fee to the venue.
· Evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as the first choice.
· Bring originals and photocopies of your academic credentials for the screening exercise.
· Bring one (1) passport photograph.
· Writing materials.
· Bring scratch cards of the O’level examination you are submitting.
Take them to the FUHSA on Thursday 13 October.

After the change of institution, you’ll take the POST UTME exam.
If you wrote JAMB in 2021, you are to go to the school for your POST UTME but if you wrote yours this year, you’ll have to exercise patience because the form is not out.
The session will probably be starting this year or at the beginning of next year.
