We can create a datetime objects without the timezone information or with the timezone information in Python
therefore, manytimes we need to make a decision on the fact that the datetime object has timezone information on not. To verify this we have created a method,

It accepts a datetime object as an argument and check if the given datetime object is timezone aware or not. It returns True if the datetime object has the timezone information and False otherwise. For that, we will use the tzinfo
attribute from the datetime
module. If it is not None then we will call the tzinfo.utcoffset()
method with this datetime object to check if it is None or not. If both are not None, then it means that datetime object has the timezone information, it means it is timezone aware.
