Since the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Social Development announced the creation of the National Social Investment and Information Management System (NASIMS) for N-Power batch C, hundreds of the applicants have been facing a series of issues – from accessing the portal to how to message the N-power complaint email address for help on updating profile before taking the test.

NSIP is a social welfare initiative created by the federal government of Nigeria in 2015 by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The portal for the management of the N-Power Batch C is NASIMS.

All applicants in 2023 are expected to log in to the NASIMS portal to update their data.

NASIMS N-Power Complaint Email

Are you yet to get your Npower password verification link delivered to your mail after several attempts from nasims.gov.ng portal?

As the N-Power NASIMS online assessment test starts, we noticed that many applicants have yet to get the password or even the recovery link sent to their email and without this, updating your profile becomes difficult and impossible.

If you are finding it difficult to get the verification link sent to your mail, then there is no way to proceed with the change of password.

Here are some likely explanations for what might cause this issue even after the system tells you “a link has been sent…”

1. N-Power Closing Date

First, the command issue to this problem might be from the email provider services like that of Gmail or Yahoo.

These services might think at first that these messages are spam and treat them as spam because the NASIMS portal is mass sending this mail to millions of candidates.

The simple solution here is to wait a few days because the mail will surely arrive, but it might take some time.

2. Email Address

Another issue is that you are not making use of the right email address.

Wrong email address won’t just work.

Make sure you make use of the email address you used to sign up for the programme.

It could be because you didn’t successfully register for the online registration during the portal was open.

If your application was not received by the portal, then this problem might be attributed to it.

It could be some technical problems from the server of NASIMS portal where the website is hosted.

Be patient now and always check your spam folder in your email.

The mail might be hidden just down there.

It’s necessary to complete your application with your working email address and BVN and it’s important you remember the email address.

You can still send a mail to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng so that they investigate your case but be rest assured that it will take a while for them to get back to you.

So be patient, it’s required at this stage, and we believe that your problem will be resolved sooner.

Issues with Login: How to Contact Support

Contacting the support help line remains the best thing to do if you have exhausted all available channels and you have tried your best and still can’t get your email verification link to your email.

  • info@nasims.gov.ng
  • 092203102, 018888148

Here is how to recover your email address:

  • Visit the online portal.
  • Click the Forgot Password Option.
  • Enter your N-Power application email (this should match the one used to sign up).
  • Click on “Send Link”.
  • Check your email folder – this is not limited to inbox but also to spam folder, etc.

Did you get a response like “Account Not Found on the NASIMS Login Portal?”

This simply means that your email address is not registered on the database, or you are not yet shortlisted.

You can keep checking.

How Can I Update My Profile?

Follow these steps to update your NASIMS profile:

  • Click Reset password.
  • Check inbox for the password reset link.
  • Use a combination of unique characters and symbols as a password to avoid error.
  • Gain access.
  • Click update profile.
  • Insert your BVN to validate data.
  • Upload your documents for validation.
  • Click submit and note your NASIMS ID.
  • Click go back to profile or click take test if you’re ready for the test.

Unable to update my account, it keeps saying, “something went wrong, please try again.”

You may experience this error while trying to submit your updated profile.

If that’s the case, check all the required fields to be sure you filled them.

Then check if your passport is showing.

You may need to upload your passport too before you can submit.

Keep trying and ensure the file size doesn’t exceed 200kb.

Most of the time, you’ll have to change your passport.

If your account is blocked during the test, that means you can’t proceed.
